Snapshot Chart

Information overload

Using hundreds of tests obtained from Jett’s unique and individual case, a data program utilizes nearly half a billion data points to determine the severity of and relationship of allergic proteins; creating this snapshot chart.

Anaphylactic means that if Jett eats a very small amount of the foods in this column, he has a 95% chance of suffering an anaphylaxis reaction. Epi-pen, 911.

Sensitized means that if Jett eats these foods in larger amounts, he’s at a risk for a surface reaction (hives, rash, etc.). The foods under this column are split down the middle, with the left side being more severe and the right closer to tolerant. His reaction to wheat was surprising, along with soy (in very large amounts could cause a reaction).

The end goal is for all the foods to fall into the tolerant column (with food maintenance).
