Jett's fave dinner Recipes

meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground meat

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free bread crumbs

  • 1/3 cup ketchup

  • 2 tbs dried Italian herbs

  • 1/2 cup applesauce

  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • Grated carrot

  • Grated zucchini

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. In a large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients.

  3. Grate carrots and zucchini and add to the mixture.

  4. Grease loaf pan.

  5. Fill loaf pan with meat mixture

  6. Top with ketchup.

  7. Bake until meat loaf is firm, about 60 minutes.

  8. Let stand for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups white rice

  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce

  • 2 tbs chicken knorr powder

  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • 1/2 tbs ground cumin

  • 2 tbs oil
