meatloaf
Ingredients:

1 lb ground meat
-
1/2 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
-
1/3 cup ketchup
-
2 tbs dried Italian herbs
-
1/2 cup applesauce
-
1/2 tsp garlic salt
-
1/4 tsp pepper
-
Grated carrot
-
Grated zucchini

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-
In a large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients.
-
Grate carrots and zucchini and add to the mixture.
-
Grease loaf pan.
-
Fill loaf pan with meat mixture
-
Top with ketchup.
-
Bake until meat loaf is firm, about 60 minutes.
-
Let stand for 10-15 minutes before serving.
