Finding required foods in different forms and making new recipes
In order to keep us accountable (and anyone watching Jett), we created this master chart of the foods explained below of things he MUST eat. Macadamia, oat, chicken, beef has been easiest; as Jett already eats most of these things daily, and each has a small amount. Pea protein has been snuck into his mac and cheese, or smoothies. Having a 3 year old eat a whole apple, pear, or stone fruit in 1 day, 3x a week is tough. Keeping track of it all will also be tedious, but with more experience, hopefully it will all become easier and easier.
Dried fruits (which he won't eat), and examples of how we disguise some of the required foods thus far: smoothies and chocolates.
There is going to need to be a lot of creativity going on to get this kid to eat it all!
