Vacationing with allergies is hard enough, but with Jett’s program it becomes even more difficult! However, we don’t want to put our lives on hold or let it hold us back! So we returned to the same resort we went to last year that catered to Jett’s needs and made special dinners for him. Our room had a kitchen, but we were so impressed by the accommodations by the chefs we returned again. He ate better than us some nights!

We got a note from Dr. R. about needing to travel with specific foods, so we bought a cooler backpack, put some ice packs in, and carried Jett’s maintenance muffins and some staples we wouldn’t be able to find there. There were no issues leaving the country, but when coming back, Mexico confiscated our ice packs! Even with argument they only allowed us to bring 1 ice pack.
